Vinification:
A traditional Amarone made from hand selected bunches that represent the cream of Righetti's grape growers.
The grapes (Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella) are picked by hand at full ripeness and carried on shallow trays up to the drying attic. There are only windows to control the humidity and temperature and only a careful eye to avoid rot setting in.
The are carried down to the cellar in the Spring, are crushed and fermented in steel tanks. Ageing is in barrique and large oak barrels (half and half)
