Casali at Castle Cottage
We have the ever popular Angelo over from Casali in Emilia Romagna to present their fantastic 'Spergola' wines. Spergola is an incredibly rare vine that makes a frizzante which leaves most Prosecco's floundering in its wake. Casali also make red spumante wines made from Marzamino and Grasperossa, all in all quite a treat, uncommon and excellent wines.
